The Outcomes of an Improved Treatment of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Nowadays we notice the increase of cases that combine type two diabetes mellitus, and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. As a result, course disease aggravates. The pathogenesis, diagnoses treatment NAFLD remain unclear.
 objective: our study is to determine clinical efficacy an improved therapeutic measures set in patients with 2 NAFLD.
 Materials methods. We’ve examined 132 mellitus NAFLD. All gave their consent participate study. They also received all necessary nutrition workout recommendations. We split into groups. First group (n=37) antihyperglycemic drugs (metformin, gliclazide or glimepiride). Patients second (n=95) additionally DPP-4 inhibitors (saxagliptin sitagliptin), atorvastatin, multiprobiotic. were divided subgroups: 2A standard level transaminases, 2B increased transaminases accordingly.
 Results. Improved revealed distinctively positive effect on dynamics manifestation lesions hepatobiliary system diabetes. There no such changes another group. Under influence complex patients, functional state due significant decrease ALT, AST, TG VLDL levels blood serum. Size decreased, stiffness indicators according shear wave elastography data.
